Bits and Pieces

Here are a few more pictures in regards to the new house.
The duct-work and ac/heat unit. Though not very exciting to most,
it's exciting to us because it means PROGRESS!

You can see in this picture the little blue boxes
where the electrician has prepared the wiring.

Now I know you'll think this is exciting! The "fancy"
potty for our powder room.

Above is the style of faucet we will have in the master bathroom,
only in the darker oil rubbed bronze finish.Above is the style of faucet for D's bathroom

This is the type of kitchen sink we will have, only in white.

My Gosh! That house is going up quick. Very exciting!

Those are some good looking fixtures. I can't wait to see pictures of your finished house.

How exciting... your house is going to be beautiful. I love the idea of writing the verses above the doorways.

Regarding the blue ink... I'm not sure if it's required by Russia, but if you have control just hand folks a blue pen for the signatures. I'm doing the dossier again too and got something back from the county signed with black ink. The dossier coordinator said it was okay.

They're really moving along. I like the faucets. The one for D's bathroom is my favorite.

Your house looks like it is coming along very well! I like all of the things you have picked out for it, too!

Thanks for commenting about our referral! We appreciate your encouragement! I hope things are going well with you all as you work on your dossier. It sounds like you have it about finished. Good luck with the final papers!

The verses are really inspiring. I'll certainly remember that if we ever get to build a house.

By the way, if it isn't too late to suggest it - and if you guys haven't already thought of this - it might be well worth the tiny added expense to have CAT-5 network cables run into each room (maybe even 2 in the common areas) with them junctioning back near the electrical fuse box. It's so much easier and far less costly to add a basic computer network infrastructure during this phase of your construction. Snaking wires around after all the walls are up can be quite a hassle.
